Wherever two or three may meet

To wor­ship in Thy name

Bending be­neath Thy mer­cy-seat

This pro­mise they may claim:

Jesus in love will con­des­cend

To bless the hal­lowed place;

The Sav­ior will Him­self at­tend

And show His smil­ing face.

What bright as­sur­ance! Gra­cious Lord

Fountain of peace and love

Fulfill to us Thy pre­cious word

Thy lov­ing-kind­ness prove.

Now to our God—the Fa­ther

Son

And Ho­ly Spir­it

sing!

With praise to God

the Three in One

Let all cre­ation ring.
