Trusting Him All the Way

My soul is at rest with my Sav­ior

He ten­der­ly guards me from harm;

Tho’ bil­lows of sin rage around me

He shields me from ev­ery alarm.

Trusting my all to Je­sus

Trusting thro’ night and day

Trusting His in­fi­nite wis­dom

Trusting Him all the way.

Temptations around me may ga­ther

And waves of af­flict­ion may roll;

Yet Jesus will strength­en and com­fort

When sor­rows sweep ov­er my soul.

In rap­ture at last I’ll be­hold Him

The Sav­ior I love and ad­ore;

With Him thro’ eter­ni­ty’s ages

I’ll rest on that beau­ti­ful shore.
