The more we worship God for His mercy

The more we will be uplifted;

The more we worship God for His mercy

The more we’re deeply in His heart.

“I will have mercy on whomever I will;”

So it’s not of him who runs nor wills

But of God the One who shows mercy at will

All of grace

not of works

to His praise.

The more we worship God for His mercy

The more we shall taste His sweetness;

The more we worship God for His mercy

The more we shall gaze upon Him.

I thank You for Your rich mercy which flowed

Reaching me even when I had strayed

That I might live Christ in the church as Your bride.
