Know the Bi­ble

read its pag­es o’er and o’er

Gathering trea­sure sur­est

find­ing plea­sure pur­est

Of His pow­er and mer­cy learn­ing more and more—

Thus true wis­dom thou se­cur­est.

Live the Bi­ble

in the life its pre­cepts show

Humbly pray­ing ev­er

work de­lay­ing nev­er;

Thus in life and death thy trust­ing heart shall know
