Will you go and speak to the lost ones here

To the ones who have gone as­tray?

Will you lead them back to the Shep­herd’s fold

From their wan­d’rings in sin’s dark way?

Will you seek them now

That you might lead home

To that bright land of per­fect day.

Will you go and speak to the sin­ners blind

And who walk in the mid­night gloom?

Will you bear some light to their dark­ened mind?

Will you tell them their com­ing doom?

Will you tell them all if they will be­lieve

That their souls will be tru­ly blest?

For the Sav­ior said that they shall re­ceive

Precious bless­ings of peace and rest.

Will you go and tell them the Sav­ior died

And pro­vid­ed for them the way?

If they fully trust in the Cru­ci­fied

He will par­don their sins to­day.
