Peace for the Valley

Life is full of ups and downs

Of mount­ain peaks and val­leys low

But there is a peace from God for me

As on­ward through life I go.

When my way grows dark and night sur­rounds me close

I am se­cure in God’s peace

what­ev­er may come my way.

I may not know why I am go­ing through this val­ley

But I trust in God alone who all the way with me goes.

There’ll be peace for the val­ley I know
