On This My Patient Soul I Stay

On this my pa­tient soul I stay

My Sav­ior will not long de­lay;

I hold Thy faith­ful pro­mise fast

Till all my suf­fer­ing days are past;

And if I to the end en­dure

The crown pre­pared for me is sure.
