Let us stand for right with a loy­al heart

Whatsoe’er be­fall

do­ing well our part;

If you heed­less grow

’mid the bat­tle’s din

You’ll o’er­tak­en be by the hosts of sin.

Let us stand for right and the wrong de­fy

We shall vic­to­ry gain in the by and by;

Let us stand for right till the call shall come

And we go to dwell with our Lord at home.

Let us stand for right in the Sav­ior’s name

With a strength that we thro’ His grace shall claim;

Tho’ the tempt­er pleads

we will nev­er yield

For our Lord is near

from the foe to shield.

Let us stand for right till we ban­ish wrong

If we faith­ful prove

it will not be long;

Then the song of peace we shall glad­ly sing

And the vic­to­ry cry far and wide shall ring.
