the truth

the life;

Just fol­low Me and leave your strife.

I am this dark world’s on­ly light;

Can you not trust in Me?

When you’re afraid

just trust in Me.

When your hopes fade

just trust in Me.

When pray­ers you’ve made have been de­layed

Don’t be dis­mayed—just trust in Me.

I’m the good shep­herd of the sheep

The door to guard you from the thief.

Your high­est good I al­ways seek

Can you not trust in Me?

The bread of life—come eat and see

My strength each day is yours for free.

I am the vine; re­main in Me;

Can you not trust in Me?

I am the re­sur­rect­ion

too;

I bring eter­nal life to you.

Your cares on earth are but a few;

Can you not trust in Me?
