giv­ing love?

Jesus loves the cheer­ful giv­er

He will bless us from ab­ove.

Let us give with joy and glad­ness

Give with ge­ne­rous heart and hand;

Giving brings the Sav­ior’s bless­ing

Let us give at His com­mand.

Why should we be al­ways giv­ing―

Sending gifts so far away?

There they need the news of Je­sus

Millions die while we de­lay.

Why should we be al­ways giv­ing?

Jesus free­ly gives to all;

Every day and ev­ery mo­ment

His un­counted mer­cies fall.

Why should we be al­ways giv­ing?

’Tis a joy like that ab­ove;

Blessings shared are bless­ings dou­bled

Giving al­ways goes with love.
