I Believe (Ray)

I be­lieve

and now ac­cept Him

As my own

my Sav­ior true;

He alone can give sal­va­tion

And the heart cre­ate anew.

I believe

His blood has cleansed me

From the stain of blight­ing sin

I be­lieve none else could save me

Fully cleanse my soul with­in.

I be­lieve in Christ

my Sav­ior

For His blood has ran­somed me;

Thro’ His grace I’m now re­joic­ing

In the peace of li­ber­ty.

I be­lieve no more in dark­ness

Shall I grope along life’s way?

Jesus’ hand will safe­ly guide me

Nothing shall my soul dis­may.

I be­lieve in yon­der coun­try

Where we’re told no night will come;

We shall meet those gone be­fore us

With them share a change­less home.
