I’ll Rejoice

I will praise my great cre­at­or

For His won­drous grace and love;

’Tis meet that they should praise be­low

Who would praise our God ab­ove.

I’ll re­joice in my Cre­at­or

I will glo­ry in my God

My soul shall make her boast of Him

And I’ll sound His praise abroad.

I will praise my dear Re­deem­er

While He saves my soul from death;

I will glo­ry in my Sav­ior

’Tis for this He gives me breath.

I will praise the Ho­ly Spir­it

Sweetest com­fort­er is He;

Praise is come­ly for the right­eous

O that I might right­eous be.
