The praise of Him who tri­umphed o’er the grave;

He reigns as vic­tor now

To Him in hom­age bow;

All fears flee at our king’s com­mand.

He rules in lov­ing pow­er

And gives a bless­èd dow­er

Of last­ing joy and com­fort to His own;
