the world is full of Thee

Thy kind­ness

and Thy pow­er;

The bright blue sky

and roll­ing sea

Green tree

and sum­mer flow­er.

And ev­ery day

and ev­ery­where

Thou watch­est ev­ery­thing;

The ten­der lamb en­joys Thy care;

The lit­tle birds that sing.

And ve­ry

ve­ry kind in­deed

Thou art

O God

to me;

Supplying all my dai­ly need;

And help­ing pa­tient­ly.

Teach my young heart to yield its love

Through Je­sus Christ

Thy Son;

That I may dwell with Thee ab­ove

When life be­low is done.
