Glory to God for Salvation

All glo­ry to God for con­vict­ion

Which made me re­pent of my sins

And see my ru­ined con­di­tion

For ’tis here that all wis­dom be­gins.

All glo­ry to God for sal­va­tion

From sin He set­teth me free;

Go tell it to ev­ery na­tion

That Je­sus has saved ev­en me.

All glo­ry to God for con­ver­sion

And the wit­ness He sent from ab­ove

For the joy and peace He has giv­en

And a heart that is filled with His love.

All glo­ry to God for the pro­mise

To cleanse all de­file­ment away

And send us the gift of His Spir­it

When all on the al­tar we lay.

All glo­ry to God! He is keep­ing

That which I’ve com­mit­ted to Him;

His blood o’er my soul is now flow­ing

And Je­sus abid­eth with­in.
