For Demas has abandoned me

Having loved the present age

And has gone to Thessalonica.

The world is planned as Satan’s scheme

To usurp us

God’s people.

Guard your hearts; let us watch

Love His appearing.

Just as the days of Noah were

So will the coming of—

Coming of the Son of Man be.

Matthew two-four

three-seven.

The Lord will come to deal with man;

He will solve all our problems.

We much watch for our Lord—

His dear appearing.

Lord

I repent. Show me mercy.

Save me from the present age.

Lord

give me a glorious ending;

I would love Your appearing.

The Lord has a reward for us.

He has called us all upward

To His Christ

for our prize

At His appearing.
