I know that some day from His heav­en­ly throne

The bless­èd Re­deem­er of men

Will come in His glo­ry to ga­ther His own;

He is com­ing

is com­ing again.

Perhaps in the morn­ing His face I shall see

The Re­deem­er and Sav­ior of men;

And oh

what a glo­ri­ous day that will be!

He is com­ing

I know when He comes it will be as a king

Forever and ev­er to reign;

So watch­ing and wait­ing for Him will I sing

Some day amid an­gels of heav­en­ly light
