The dew will fall

the rain will splash

The clouds grow dark

the light­ning flash;

And he who sows good seed to­day

Shall reap good seed to­mor­row;

Be care­ful what you sow

Then let us so good deeds

And not the bri­ars and weeds;

Then har­vest time its joys shall bring

And when we reap

our hearts shall sing;
